Creating a New Presentation by Importing Issues from a BCF Server

Note that BCF Connector is only available in Solibri v9.10 or older. If you are using Solibri Office or Site v9.12.0 or newer, please refer to the BCF Live Connector documentation.

If you have a project created on a BCF server and you're using BCF Connector, you can import the issues to Solibri. To import issue slides from a project on a BCF server, you need to create a new presentation with the imported issues as slides:

  1. Go to the Communication layout.

  2. In the Presentation view, click New Presentation. A dialog opens.

  3. Enter the presentation name. Select From BCF Server and click OK:

  4. A dialog opens. Select the BCF server and the project. If you need to add a server, see About BCF Connector. Click OK:

  5. A dialog opens. Mark the checkbox for adding new issues. Click Sync Now:

  6. A dialog opens. Select the filtering you wish to use and click OK:

  7. The import starts. When the import is complete, you will see a synchronisation report. To close the dialog, click OK.

  8. You can see the presentation in the Presentation view.
