You can import local issues to the BCF Live connector session. Issues can be imported form checking results and from presentations. The issues are synchronised and added to the project on the issue management platform.

The preferred way to import issues is by adding them directly from the Results view in the Checking layout. This requires that you have turned on the live synchronisation and you have a model with checking results.
Note
When you add an issue from the Results view, the issue description is not imported automatically into the Issue Details information. You need to manually add a description for the issue.
Important
Please note that when you re-import checking results issues you have previously imported, the server values (and thus any changes made on the server side) will be overridden.
To import to the server from the Results view:

Select a rule with results.

In the Results view, there is a column for importing the issue to the server:

Double click .

A Value Conversion dialog opens, and you need to match the Solibri values with the server ones. The server values depend on the server Solibri is connected to. Select the matching server value from the drop-down menu and click OK:

The issue is synchronised with the server and added to the list in the BCF Live view. The Live Issue Details view opens and you can edit the issue details. For details on how to do that, see Editing Issues in the Live Issue Details View.
Issues which originate from Solibri and are related to checking results have the icon in the Link column:
When you have created a presentation with issues in it, you can import those issues from the presentation to the BCF Live session. To import issues from a presentation:

Click Import Issues in the BCF Live view:

Select From Selected Presentations and then either of the two options, explained below the image:

Click OK.

A Value Conversion dialog opens, and you need to match the Solibri values with the server ones. The server values depend on the server Solibri is connected to. Select the matching server value from the drop-down menu and click OK:

The issues are added to the list in the BCF Live view and are uploaded to the server.

Issues which originate from Solibri and are related to checking results have the icon in the Link column:

Issues which originate from Solibri but are not related to checking results have the icon in the Link column:

When you have a checked model open, and you have added at least one slide to an issue or an issue category, you can import issues from checking results to the server.
