In Presentation Settings, you can set the information included in presentations. To access the settings, click File > Settings > Presentation.
The settings dialog has three tabs:
Restore Default Settings
To restore the settings in this dialog to their default values, click the Restore Default Settings button and confirm your action. This will affect the settings in the dialog. Please note that this action cannot be undone.
On the Presentation tab, you can set general settings for presentations.

Show initials/user name in presentations: When checked, your reporting identity/user name is included in presentations.

Show date in presentations: When checked, the date is included in presentations.

Slide thumbnail size: Choose between S, M, L, XL and XXL.

Keep images in memory: When checked, the images are stored the computer’s memory instead of the disk. Turning this function on may improve performance, if there's enough memory to be utilized.

Add issue upon new presentation creation: When checked, presentations created automatically include a new issue with the snapshot image based on the current 3D view. Turning this function off will create an empty presentation. (v25.3.1+)
On the report tab, you can select whether your reporting identity/user name and date are included in reports.
On the Component tab, you can select the component identification properties used in the Coordination report. You can select a list of properties to report and a delimiter between those properties. To add a new property, click .
Tip
The additional property settings allow you to add extra component information to the report. For example, you can add the GUID or the BATID (internal ID) to clearly show the linked components.
