In the top right corner of Solibri, there is a search bar where you can type free text to search components:
The search is based on the content of the Identification tab in the Info view:
You can refer components, for example, by using their names, GUIDs etc. Found components are automatically set to the Selection Basket:

Property sets are not searched.
You can use the following features in search:

To add additional components, press and hold Ctrl/Cmd while clicking
or pressing Enter. Found components are added to the Selection Basket.

* or ? can be used as wildcards

if you search with multiple words, they should all be included in a single field
