This article instructs you on where to find Solibri installers, how to install the software and how to launch it for the first time.

Important
For Solibri Office/Site subscription customers: Before you can download the installer from Solution center, the company account administrator needs to assign the product and the correct version to you. Please contact the administrator and ask them to assign the correct product and version to you in the Assignments tab of the Admin view.
This also applies for using the latest version of the product. To use the latest version of the product, you need to have it assigned to you. For more information, see Assigning Products and Extensions to Users.
Note that the installers are located in different places, depending on whether you are a Solibri Office Subscription customer or a perpetual license customer with an account in Solibri Solution Center.
If you have a Solibri Office/Site license or subscription and a company account in Solution Center:

Go to Solution Center and sign in with your credentials.

Select your operating system from the drop-down menu.

Select Solibri Office/Solibri Site from the list of products and select the latest version from the drop-down menu:

Open the file and follow the installer instructions (see more below).
If you are a Solibri Office Lite user (purchased individual subscription from the online store):

Go to https://buy.solibri.com and sign in with your credentials.

Click Menu in the top right corner of the page and select My Downloads.

Select the correct installer for your operating system (Windows/MacOS) and download it:

Open the file and follow the installer instructions (see more below).
Important
For Solibri v9.13.0 or newer: if you're using macOSVentura in dark mode, the installation fails. Please switch to light mode before you start the installation:

Click the Apple logo on the top-left of your screen.

Select System Settings....
-
Select Appearance.
-
Select Light.
After the installation is completed successfully, you can switch back to dark mode.
When you have downloaded the installer, you can start it and continue with the installation process:

Language: Select your language and click OK.

A dialog opens, asking if you want to allow the app to make changes to your device. Click Yes.

The Solibri Setup wizard opens. Click Next.

License Agreement: Accept and click Next.

Destination Directory: Select the default directory. and click Next.

Ruleset, Classification and Template options: Select the language and units you wish to use.
From 9.13.1 onwards, you can select whether or not you wish to to include the Get Started role and layout in the installation. The option is always on by default. Note that this applies to English resources only.
Click Next.

Select File Associations: Select the file associations you wish to create. By default, all the options are selected. Click Next.

Desktop icon: By default, a desktop icon is created. Click Next.

Start Menu Folder: By default, a start menu folder is created. Click Next.

The software is installed.

Update Schedule: We recommend that you check for updates regularly. Select one of the options in the drop-down menu and click Next.

To complete the installation, click Finish. By default, Solibri is opened after you close the setup wizard.
When you have completed the installation, you can launch Solibri and sign in with your credentials. If you're using a proxy server, note that you need to specify the settings before you sign in. The installer for all Solibri products is the same, so when you start Solibri, you need to select which product you wish to open. Solibri Anywhere is available for all users, but for Solibri Site and Solibri Office, you need to have a license.
Note
If you try to launch Solibri Site or Office, and you don't have a license to it, you get a warning message. When you click OK to close the dialog, Solibri Anywhere is launched instead.
Important
If Solibri asks for a verification code (MFA, multi-factor authentication) when you sign in, it means that you haven't completed the registration by setting your initial password correctly. The MFA request can also come up if the you haven't registered at all or the credentials are incorrect. Please see this article.
Important
Important for Solibri Office Subscription users: If you have bought an individual subscription via our webshop and have reviously used Solibri, for example with a Trial license, you might get the error message "Unable to checkout a license". Please refresh your login information to take your Subscription into use. To do this, start Solibri, go to General Settings and uncheck the 'Remember Me' and 'Remember My Product Choice' boxes. Then restart Solibri and sign in with your credentials. For further advice, please refer to this article about General Settings.
To launch Solibri:

Double click the Solibri icon on your desktop.

A sign-in window opens. Enter your email (user name) and click Next:
Tip
If you wish to save your credentials, mark the Remember Me checkbox.
Important
If you are using a proxy server, you need to first determine the proxy server settings. To access the settings, click Proxy Server Settings in the bottom right corner of the sign-in window.
Mark the Remember Me checkbox when signing in. Otherwise, you will lose the proxy settings you have configured. For more detailed information on the settings, see Proxy Server Settings.

Enter your password and click Sign in:

The product selection dialog opens. Select the product and click Continue.:
Tip
If you wish to save your selection, mark the Remember This Next Time checkbox. Note that if you wish to open another product, you need to unmark this selection in General Settings and restart Solibri.

The selected product is launched. When you open Solibri Site or Office for the first time, a License Agreement dialog opens. Click Accept.
