You can add users to your organization either by inviting individual users or importing a list of users from a CSV file:
To invite users to join your organization:

In OrgAdmin, go to Users.

Click Invite:

A dialog opens. You can add one or several users:

Add the name and email address of the user. To add another user, click +.

Select the user group(s) to which you want the user(s) to be added.

If you wish to provide the user(s) admin access, mark the Assign Admin access checkbox.

If you wish, edit the default message sent to the user(s). Note that your edits are not saved - if you wish to have the same custom message sent to all users, save the text somewhere else so it can be reused.

Click Invite.
Note
The user(s) will receive an email informing them they've been invited to join the account. They should click the View invitation button and then accept the invitation. After that, they can create an account.
Please ensure that the address noreply@solibri.com has been whitelisted. Please ask the users to check that the email has not accidentally ended up in their spam folder.

You can see all pending invitations in the Invitations view:
Users can be imported by uploading user data in CSV format. The CSV file should contain column headers on the first row to allow mapping data.The CSV must contain values for at least the following required data fields: email, last name, first name.
To import a list of users using a CSV file:

Go to Users.

Click Import:

A dialog opens. Select the CSV file and click Continue:

The CSV column names must be mapped to the data fields. Check that the automatic mapping is correct and map any additional columns you wish to import:

Click Continue.

Review the data and add group membership(s). The membership applies to all the users you're importing:

Click Import.
