This article describes how you can reset your Solibri password as a Solibri for Single User subscription customer in case you've forgotten your password or wish to reset it.
Note that you use the same credentials when you sign into our webshop and when you start Solibri.
To reset your password:

Go to https://buy.solibri.com.

Click Login / Register in the upper right corner.

Enter your email and click Next.

Click Forgot password.

Click Next. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
You can also change your password on the My Account page:

Go to https://buy.solibri.com.

Click Login in the upper right corner.

Login with your credentials.

Click Menu in the upper right corner and select My Account. A new tab or window opens:

Go to the Login tab. To change your password, click Change:

Enter your current password and your new password. Note that the password must have at least 8 characters and at least one of each: lower case letter, upper case letter, digit, special character. To confirm, click Change.
