This article describes how you can create BCF, PDF, RTF and spreadsheet reports from presentations you have created in Solibri.

To create a report from a presentation, go to the Communication layout.
BCF (BIM Collaboration Format) is a format that several BIM authoring tools support. It allows you to communicate the results directly back to the authoring software to be fixed. BCF format contains all data from the the issue details, camera location and target of the view created, and the PNG of the views. BCF tags the related components to easily identify and select them in the authoring tool.
To create a BCF report from a presentation:
To create a general report from a presentation:

Select General Report (PDF/RTF) as the report type.

Optional settings: To control page format, orientation and margins, click Page Setup. A dialog opens. Determine the settings and click OK:
To balance between the report size and image resolution, select image quality (high, medium, low) from the drop-down list. With large reports containing many issues, this can make a significant difference to the file size.

Click Save report.

Select the destination folder and click Save As.
To create a coordination report from a presentation:

Select Coordination Report (Excel) as the report type.

Select the report template. You can use the default template or create your own. You can see the list of keywords used in the report below.

General keywords can be added to different rows. One cell can include more than one keyword:
