Disabled by default An organization administrator must enable Product Selector in Solibri Center before users see product selection at sign-in.
When Product Selector is enabled, Solibri can ask you to choose an Organization and a Product after you sign in. Use it when you have access to more than one eligible organization or product tier and need to start Solibri with the right license for your current work. Legacy-only users keep their existing product access and do not see Product Selector. Users with mixed legacy and tiered access can see the selector when tiered products are available.
Requirements

A Solibri account with access to one or more tiered products

For users: Product Selector enabled by your organization administrator

For administrators: permission to manage product access in Solibri Center
Choose an organization and product at sign-in

Sign in to Solibri Desktop.

In the Welcome to Solibri dialog, review the Organization list.

If more than one eligible organization is available, select the organization you want to use. If only one organization is available, Solibri selects it automatically.

In Product, select an available tier, such as Starter, Essential, Advanced, or Premium. Only products included in your assignment and the organization’s available licenses are shown.

Confirm the seat status. When a seat is ready, Solibri shows Seat is available.

Optionally select Remember my choice if you want Solibri to reuse this selection next time.

Select Start Solibri.

If only one eligible product tier is available, Solibri selects it automatically and may skip the product choice.
When you sign out, the license is released back to the organization’s shared license pool.
Organization administrators enable Product Selector in Solibri Center.

Open Solibri Center and sign in.

Go to Products and Services → My products.

Select Manage access.

In Product access, turn Product selector on. The description reads: Allow Org members to select a product tier at sign-in.

Select Confirm.

If checkout fails, sign in again and try another eligible organization or product tier.
I do not see Product Selector when I sign in

Confirm with your administrator that Product selector is turned on in Solibri Center.

Confirm you have access to a tiered product (Starter, Essential, Advanced, or Premium).

If only one organization and one product are available, Solibri may select them automatically and skip the choice.
The Product list is empty or incomplete

Confirm your user assignment includes the expected products.

Confirm the organization has available licenses for those products.

Sign out and sign in again after an administrator changes access settings.
I see a seat unavailable message

Another user may be using the last available seat for that product.

Select a different eligible product, if available.
-
Try again later, or ask your administrator to check license availability.

Sign out when you finish so the seat returns to the shared pool.
My previous choice was not remembered

Confirm Remember my choice was selected before Start Solibri.

Confirm you are signing in on the same computer and account.

An administrator change to Product Selector or license assignments can reset what is available.
