Solibri uses a browser-based sign-in flow for Solibri Desktop. You can sign in with your Solibri password, a passkey, or an Autodesk account that uses the same email as your Solibri license.
Note
Browser-based login is available from Solibri 26.4.1.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
Use browser-based login when you start Solibri Center or Solibri Desktop.
-
Launch Solibri Desktop.
-
In the Welcome to Solibri dialog, click Log in with browser.
-
Your default web browser opens automatically. Enter your Solibri email address and password, then complete sign-in in the browser.
-
When you see the confirmation message, close the browser tab and return to Solibri Desktop.
-
Solibri continues loading in the application.
Tip
Make sure your browser allows popups from Solibri for the login window to appear.
Optional settings on the welcome dialog
Remember me - Keeps you signed in on this computer so credentials are not requested every time you launch the application.
Proxy settings - Opens proxy configuration if your network requires it. For details, see Proxy Server Settings in the help center.
Passkeys let you sign in without a password. They use your device’s built-in security (such as Windows Hello, Touch ID, or a security key).
After you register a passkey, you can use it to sign in to Solibri Desktop.
How to set up Passkey:
-
Open Solibri Center and sign in
-
Click your organization name in the top-right corner
-
Select Edit profile
-
Open the Login tab
-
Next to Passkey, click Manage.
-
Click Register new passkey.
-
Follow the on-screen prompts on your device to complete registration.
You can now use your passkey the next time you sign in to Solibri Center or Solibri Desktop.
Disable Passkey Login
-
Open Solibri Center and sign in
-
Click your organization name in the top-right corner → Edit profile → Logintab
-
Next to Passkey, click Manage
-
Click Remove passkey
-
Confirm the removal when prompted
After you remove the passkey, sign in with your password instead.
If your Autodesk account uses the same email address as your Solibri license, you can sign in with Autodesk instead of a Solibri password.
Steps:
-
On the browser sign-in page, under Or sign in with, click Autodesk.
-
Enter your Autodesk credentials.
-
Complete sign-in. You are returned to Solibri automatically.
Note
Your Autodesk email must match the email on your Solibri license. If they differ, use your Solibri password or contact your administrator.
If your account belongs to more than one organization, Solibri asks which organization to use after you sign in.
-
Sign in with your credentials in the browser.
-
In Solibri Desktop, select the organization whose license you want to use.
-
Click Start Solibri.
Optional:
-
Remember my organization — Saves your organization choice on this computer. This option is available only when Remember Me is enabled on the welcome dialog.
-
If no seats are available for the selected organization, contact your Solibri Center administrator.
To switch organizations: Sign out and sign in again, then choose a different organization.

After activation, enter a code from your authenticator app each time you sign in to Solibri Center or Solibri Desktop.
