Important about user groups
If you only have Solibri Office offline licenses on your account, you don't necessarily need to create a user group for offline users.
User Groups are collections of users who share common characteristics or require the same set of permissions, roles, or product access. In OrgAdmin, User Groups help the administrators to organize users within an organization into manageable segments. The administrators can then easily assign entitlements to users.
