This article explains how you can activate and deactivate multi-factor authentication (MFA) on your Solibri account. MFA is an authentication method that requires the user to provide two or more verification factors to gain access to a resource, such as an application or an online account. This increases the security level on your account and makes it less vulnerable.
If you activate MFA for your Solibri account, you are asked to provide a code, in addition to your password, when you login to Solibri software, Solibri Solution Center or your personal Solibri account. The code is a one-time password you receive on a connected application on your phone. We recommend using an authentication application, such as Authy.
