Organization admin users can allocate token consumption to individual users. Allocating token usage access works in a similar way to managing licenses in user groups. Like with Solibri products, users can have an entitlement to multiple user groups. If any of these user groups include entitlements to Solibri Tokens, then user will receive access to them
Best practices regarding Solibri tokens and user management
-
Create an entitlement for Solibri Tokens and move all tokens to this entitlement.
-
After that create a user group for Solibri tokens and include the entitlement that you created to be included into this user group. This is the easiest way to control token entitlement and users who can access token specific features.
-
Caution
Do not delete user groups with active members. Reassign users first.

Complimentary Tokens
Annual Solibri Advanced and Premium subscriptions include complimentary Solibri tokens. At the OrgAdmin Dashboard you can find Licenses, which shows Tokens as a separate row(s).
When you navigate to Licenses tab, you will find tokens that are included into your annual subscription. If your organization has multiple Advanced or Premium subscriptions in use, complementary tokens attached to them will be shown as separate rows.
In this example organization has one Advanced subscription in use:
The following example visualizes a situation in which organization has one Advanced subscription and one Premium subscription in use. Tokens that are included into those subscriptions are shown separately:
Solibri Token Packages:
Solibri tokens packages are shown in Solibri OrgAdmin as separate rows compared to complementary tokens. This makes it possible to separate token usage for different usage groups using entitlements. All tokens can be also combined into one entitlement which makes it easier to manage who can consume Solibri tokens like instructed above.
Solibri token packages will be valid for a year after the latest token package purchase.
Token Usage Reporting
After launch, Solibri token usage tracking will be available to organization administrators in Solibri OrgAdmin. OrgAdmin will provide visibility into all subscriptions that include complimentary tokens, as well as any additional token packages that have been purchased.
More detailed reporting capabilities related to Solibri tokens will also be introduced in Solibri Center; however, these features will not be available at the time of the initial token release.
