Solibri Tokens are a universal prepaid currency that customers use to access high value, outcome based functions such as Autorun and Web Checker across Solibri portfolio.
Tokens are shared at company level and admin users can allocate token usage rights to individual users. How to allocate tokens for individual users.
Token Consumption
Tokens are consumed on a flat per successful function execution basis (for example per completed Autorun or Web Checker check), with no charges for failed or incomplete runs. Solibri features are limited by the associated product tier.
Complimentary tokens
As yearly products both Named and Concurrent Solibri Advanced and Solibri Premium subscriptions include Solibri tokens. Monthly Solibri subscriptions do not include complimentary tokens. When using monthly subscription, token package can be purchased to open token required Solibri features.

Advanced/Annual: 1,750 tokens, renew when subscription is renewed

Premium/Annual: 17,500 tokens, renew when subscription is renewed
Note
Complimentary tokens will be consumed before any additional tokens purchased as token packages.
Token packages

Please note, that purchasing additional token packages requires an organization to have a valid annual Solibri Advanced or Premium subscription. Token packages can be purchased for both Named and Concurrent subscriptions.

Solibri tokens do not automatically top up. If you ran out of tokens, additional Solibri tokens can be purchased from Solibri Store by the organization admin users. Running out of tokens means token gated features will no longer function. Solibri tokens can be purchased and paid upfront as packages. These tokens will be added to organizations token balance and they can be used within the organization.

Tokens that are purchased as additional packages will have a 1 year expiration date. Repurchasing additional tokens adds a new one year expiration to these tokens and also to previously purchased token packages.

If organization uses monthly Solibri subscription, they will have one year expiration period to their additional token packages despite subscription being active or not during this time period.
