This applies to customers who've bought Solibri online.
You can add your VAT Details before you proceed to the payment. You can also add them after the payment on the My Payments page (see instructions here).

To add the VAT details before payment:

Click Add VAT Number:

Insert your details and click Apply to continue with your payment:
