Please follow these steps to take to install the offline license and take it into use. First, install Solibri into the computer which is going to use Solibri Offline.
As the first step, you need to create a machine fingerprint (hardware ID):

Open File Explorer, browse to open the Bin folder and then the Offline licensing tool.exe file:

The Offline Licensing Tool opens:

Click Save Fingerprint.

The fingerprint file is created and you receive a notification:

Copy the machine fingerprint (hardware ID), highlighted in yellow in the image above. You'll need to paste this to the Hardware ID field when you generate the license token.
To download the license token file:

Login to 10Duke via https://login.solibri.com/user/v2/login.

Go to OrgAdmin: https://login.solibri.com/orgadmin.

Go to Licenses.

In the view, you can see the number of Offline licenses you have:

On the Offline license row, click the three dots on the right and select Download license:

A dialog opens. In the Hardware ID field, insert the machine fingerprint of the computer that will be using the offline license:

In the Version field, insert the version of the software installed on the computer using the offline license (24.9 or later). This should be the version available at the moment of purchase. If the version isn't matched, the license is invalid.

Select the user of the offline license:

Click Continue.

A dialog opens, asking you to confirm the action. Click Generate token:

To download the license token, click Download:
The license token file (a JWT file) is downloaded.

Click Close.
When the user is using an offline license, they can't sign in with their credentials. The user needs to set the user information manually in Solibri. Once the offline license has been imported successfully, the user can open Solibri and enter the information for username, reporting identity and organization in General Settings.
