The error message appears when the email you’re trying to register already exists in our database. There may be several reasons for that:

If you’ve already had a Trial for Solibri, you can’t register for a new one. After the Trial, If you wish to keep using Solibri products, please contact our Sales or purchase a subscription.

If you have previously used Solibri products and would like to install Solibri: Login to the Solibri Center and download the software. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can request a new one on the Solution Center login page.

You may already have been invited to join a company account. Check your inbox and your spam folder. Once you’ve accepted the registration invitation, you can login to the Solibri Center and download the software. If you can’t find the email, please contact Solibri Support.
