This article explains how the administrator of the company account can complete the account registration in Solibri Solution Center. This is the first step in your account setup.
When your order has been processed, you should receive a confirmation email from Solibri, with a link to the account registration page. The email also includes your account number, which you can copy and paste to the registration form.

Important
Note that the person who completes the account registration will become the first administrator of the company account. A company can have multiple administrators, and we recommend that there are at least two.

If you have already registered for Solibri Anywhere or Solibri Office Trial, you don't need to register another account.
To register the company account:

Copy the account number to your clipboard. Click the link you have received in the confirmation email or go to the account registration page from here.

A form opens:

Enter the account number you have received from Solibri.

Select language from the drop-down menu.

Enter the name of the company.

Select the registration country from the drop-down menu.

Enter your first name and last name.

Enter your email address. Check that you have typed it correctly. The email address must be a valid one, for the email to set your password and complete the registration is sent to this address. To ensure that you receive this email, please ensure that the address noreply@solibri.com has been whitelisted.

Mark the I approve and agree to the General Terms of Service checkbox. To read the General Terms of Service, click the link.

Click Register.
Next, you need to set your personal password:

You will receive an email from Solibri with a link for setting your password. Please check that the email has not accidentally ended up in your spam folder. Also, please ensure that the address noreply@solibri.com has been whitelisted.
Important
Setting your initial password via this link is mandatory, for it completes the registration in a secure way. If you don't set your initial password correctly and use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in page instead, it's likely to cause issues when you start Solibri and sign in, or when you sign into Solution Center. A verification code (MFA, multi-factor authentication) is requested. The issue is resolved when you set the initial password. For more information on this, see here.

Follow the link and set your password. The password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter and one number.

You will then be automatically redirected to Solution Center. Enter your email and password to log in. You will land on the Products view of Solution Center. To access the Admin view, click the link:
