This article describes how you can assign company extensions you've uploaded to SSC to users in your company’s Solibri Solution Center (SSC) account. Note that you can assign extension licenses only if you're the administrator of your company's SSC account.
To assign an extension license to users:

Login to SSC and to the Admin view.

Go to the Assignment tab and select Extensions:

Select the company extension from the drop-down menu.

Click Refresh. A list of users appears in the Users field.

Usernames: shows the username

Info: shows the versions the user is using

The selected extensions are listed in separate columns.

Mark the users you wish to have access to your company extension. When you assign an extension to a user, the user has the right to use the extension and can download the extension in Solibri Office. If you wish to assign the extension to all users, mark the Assign all checkbox.

To finalize the assignment, click Save Changes.

The users who now have access to the extension are able to download it in Solibri Office (File > Solution Center). For more instructions, see here.
