How can I update my Solibri to the latest version?

This article describes how you can update your Solibri software to the latest version. Please note that there are different options available, depending on the product you're using. For all users, we recommend that you turn on the automatic updates. In this way, the software automatically checks if any updates are available.

You can check if you have new updates uninstalled by opening Solibri and going to File, then Help, then Check for updates.

How to Enable Automatic Updates

For Solibri 9.12.6 and newer, you can turn on the automatic updates in the installation phase, or afterwards from the General Settings:

  1. Go to File, then Settings, then General Settings.

  2. Under Update, select the update schedule from the drop-down menu:

  3. Click OK.

  4. Restart Solibri.

How to Update Solibri Office or Solibri Site from SSC

If you have a perpetual Solibri license and a company account in Solution Center:

  • To get the new Solibri version, it needs to be assigned. Contact your Solibri administrator and ask them to assign the latest version to you in Solution Center.

  • After the new version has been assigned, you can download and start using the latest version of Solibri:

    1. Log into Solution Center with your credentials.

    2. Select your operating system (Windows/MacOS) from the drop-down list.

    3. Under Solibri Office/Site/Anywhere, select the most recent listing for version from the Version drop-down menu.

    4. The installer is downloaded. Open the file and follow the installer instructions.

How to Update Solibri Office Lite

If you are a Solibri Office Lite Subscription user:

  • As a Solibri Office Subscription user, you always have access to the latest version of Solibri Office.

  • If you wish to manually download and install the latest version:

    1. Go to https://buy.solibri.com/my_downloads and login with your credentials.

    2. Click Menu in the top right corner of the page and select My Downloads.

    3. Select the correct installer for your operating system (Windows/MacOS) and download it:

    4. Open the file and follow the installer instructions.

How to Update Solibri Anywhere

If you are a Solibri Anywhere user:

  1. Log into Solution Center with your credentials.

  2. Select your operating system (Windows/MacOS) from the drop-down menu.

  3. Under Solibri Anywhere, select the most recent listing for version from the Version drop-down menu.

  4. The installer is downloaded. Open the file and follow the installer instructions.
