Notice
When you purchase more Solibri licenses, you need to manually add the licenses to one of your user pools. The licenses are not automatically added to any user pool.
Tip
If there are users who only use Solibri Anywhere, you can create a separate user pool for them. The Anywhere user pool doesn't affect the use of Site and Office licenses
If your company account has multiple licenses, it might be best to organize the licenses into multiple user pools and place individual users into different pools depending on their project need or job function. To do this, you need to create more pools.
To add a new user pool:
-
Select a product and a license type from the drop-down menu.
-
Click Add pool.

When you have created the new pool, you can add users to edit by editing their pool information. See Editing Users.
Once you have multiple user pools, you can adjust the number of licenses in them. Note that the total number of licenses on the account remains the same. If you add a license to one pool, you need to first decrease a license from another.
To view the pools related to a product, select the product from the drop-down list. When you have selected the product, you can see the pool(s), and the number of users and licenses in the pools:
