If you need to remove users from the company account, you can deactivate their SSC credentials. The deactivated users are not deleted from SSC, which means that you cannot add the same email address twice, even if you have deactivated the first one. A user who has been deactivated from account A can still be invited to join account B.
You can deactivate users individually or in a bulk, with the help of an Excel sheet. When you deactivate a user, the user will not be notified.
Notice
If the user you wish to deactivate is currently using a Solibri license and running Solibri, they cannot be deactivated. The user needs to close the software first.

To deactivate an individual user:

Go to the Users tab.

Select the user by clicking the row.

Click Deactivate:

A dialog opens. To confirm, click Yes:

The user is deactivated and is not shown on the list of users.
To deactivate multiple users at once:

Go to the Users tab.

Click Export to Excel.

The list of users is downloaded as an Excel file.

Open the Excel sheet. For the users you wish to deactivate, mark the Deactivate field with an x:

Save the Excel sheet.

To upload the Excel sheet, click Choose File, select the correct file and click Upload:

When the file has been uploaded, a dialog opens. Click Close:

You will receive a summary report of the upload by email.
