If you've forgotten or lost your password, you can reset it from the Solution Center login screen. This is because you use the same credentials for signing into both Solibri Office/Site/Anywhere and Solibri Solution Center.

Note that if you're requested to enter an MFA code when you login, but you haven't enabled multi-factor authentication, you need to follow the instructions here .

Here's how to reset your password:

Go to https://solution.solibri.com.

Click the Forgot password? link:

Enter your email and the new password (twice for confirmation) to the dialog that opens.

Click Save.

You should receive an email with further instructions on how to confirm the change. Please also check you spam email folder.
